Bishop T.D. Jakes Hosts the 2015 International Pastors & Leadership Conference
Thousands of faith leaders from around the world to gather and gain globally-relevant tools for local impact.
DALLAS (Feb. 2, 2015) — Bishop T.D. Jakes, international thought-leader, senior pastor of The Potter’s House and New York Times best-selling author, is assembling both national and global leaders in Orlando, Fla. for his well-received 2015 International Pastors & Leadership Conference held April 30th – May 2nd at the Orange County Convention Center.
The International Pastors & Leadership conference is a unique training ground that hosts thousands of cross-denominational and cross-cultural faith leaders with the goal of helping them transform ministries and strengthen organizational infrastructures for service in an increasingly complex society. For more than 15 years, established and aspiring faith leaders have come from nearly every continent to hear from some of the world’s most knowledgeable leaders to learn how to grow their ministries.
Attendees can expect exposure to cutting-edge practices and resources during breakout sessions that address: Technology, Executive Leadership, Fine Arts and Administrative Support.
The 2015 International Pastors & Leadership Conference theme is “Build locally. Think globally”— a nod to an increasingly interconnected society that challenges leaders to broaden their reach while maintaining service and impact in their surrounding areas.
“We have leaders literally coming from all over the world, Africa, India, Europe and when we come together we learn from each other,” said Bishop Jakes. “Developing people is one of the most important things a leader can do. Leaders will leave this conference motivated and with an understanding that the assignment they’ve been given by God is not an impossible task. This conference provides that opportunity for individuals to strengthen those behind-the-scene aspects that often keep leaders from reaching their dreams.”
This year’s conference marks the third year the T.D. Jakes School of Leadership, powered by Regent University, will be present on site, equipping leaders with credentials that support the tools gained and techniques learned at the conference to deepen the leaders’ impact.
