The Potter’s House of Fort Worth Champions Education With Academic Festival
WHAT | The Potter’s House of Fort Worth will host an educational festival, “EduFEST”, for families and the Fort Worth community. Led by campus pastor, Patrick E. Winfield, II, the educational taskforce behind this gathering aims to bridge the gap between students of all ages and college preparedness.More than 300 families are expected to convene this weekend to hear from educational experts on topics including: financial literacy, the importance of the parent and teacher relationship and entrepreneurship.By exposing families to educational and entrepreneurial insights outside the classroom like properly applying for FASFA and career readiness tests, for each academic stage, the first-ever “EduFEST” hopes to provide students with the knowledge to make better decisions for their educational future. |
